Kings River Union hosted the first College & Career Fair event for 5th through 8th grade students on Wednesday January 17, 2024.
Students enjoyed visiting the different booths and engaging in conversations about future college and career opportunities.
Several local community colleges were here, as well as, a couple of health agencies. Dinuba High School students from five of the different pathways and academies were also present to talk with the elementary school students and provide them opportunities to explore future careers.
Students also had the opportunity to observe K-9 and Drones demonstrations presented by the Tulare County Sheriff's Department. Tulare County Office of Education also participated and provided the students with an opportunity to use a green screen photo booth.
Kings River Union appreciated the participation and support from all of the various agencies.
